IS your packaging eco friendly?

Oh absolutely! All our packaging is either recyclable, compostable or reusable. We source our tissue paper and cardboard boxes from sustainable suppliers who share our commitment to being Eco-Conscious and we’re always looking for ways to reduce our environmental impact where possible.

When will I receive my order?

Once you’ve placed your order with us our dedicated team of artisans get to work! To reduce waste most of our Scrunchies are made to order so please allow 1-3 working days for dispatch, although if you’re in a hurry please reach out to us at contact@velvetiere.co.uk and we will do our upmost to accommodate.

How much is delivery?

Once your order is wrapped up and ready to go it will be dispatched from our studio via Royal Mail and the charges are as follows:

Standard Delivery (2-3 days from dispatch) - Orders under £35 (UK) - £2

How do I wash my scrunchie?

To best care for your Scrunchie we recommend washing it by hand in cold water with a gentle detergent and laying it out flat to air dry.

Are your products cruelty free/ vegan friendly?

When Velvetiére was born, we made a conscious decision to only work with cruelty free and vegan friendly fabrics to offer a kinder alternative to the traditional silk scrunchie. As a result we work with a lot of man made fibres and in order to reduce the environmental impact of this all of our products are designed with longevity in mind, we want you to love our scrunchies as much as we do and join us in wearing them year after year.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has left our studio we will send you an email confirmation of this and attach a tracking link via the Royal Mail website.

Do you deliver worldwide?

Unfortunately we don’t currently offer International Shipping. We are actively at work looking for the most sustainable way of offering this service.
