Your Right to Change Your Mind

You have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know you’d like to return it—no reason needed.

Simply email us at contact@velvetiere.co.uk with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us, unused and in its original packaging.

Once received, we’ll refund your full purchase price (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days, via your original payment method.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your scrunchie arrives faulty, not as described, or isn’t what you ordered, you’ve got 30 days from delivery to let us know.

Contact us at contact@velvetiere.co.uk and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund—whichever you prefer—at no extra cost to you, including return shipping.

Pack your scrunchie securely with a note including your order number.

Exceptions

Scrunchies that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging aren’t eligible for a “change of mind” refund, but we’ll always assist with faulty items.
